How will my order be shipped?

We ship our orders standard via Post.nl or DPD. Delivery time 1-3 business days.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands:
No Shipping cost and free returns

Return or exchange 

Have you ordered an item but it is not what you expected? No problem. You will always get the full amount you paid back. 

Returns are accepted if the article is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. Please return the item including all accessories within 14 working days accompanied by the invoice/packing list in proper packaging.

Please note that this only applies if you are returning the entire order. If you order 2 items and keep 1 and return 1, the online store will not refund the delivery charges.

We generally process returns within two business days. Your refund will be made as soon as possible, but no later than five working days after receipt of your package.
